Before you start. We ask for a lot here, and we'd rather say so than pretend
otherwise — the assessment is only as good as what you tell us, and a thin answer usually
means a thin finding. What this form never asks for is your energy data itself. That comes
later, through a private secure link, once you've signed the consent form, and it stays
separate from everything here for a reason: hourly usage shows when a house is empty. We strip
identifying details from documents as they arrive, use your data only for your engagement, and
keep it for one year after the work is done so a follow-up doesn't start from zero — then it is
deleted. Ask at any time and we delete it sooner. Please don't put an account number or a
password anywhere on this form — we never need either.
