Ten minutes that make your audit sharper. Answer what you know — "not sure" is always a fine answer, and nothing here commits you to anything.

The single most important section — heating is where the big findings live.

3 · Big electrical equipment

Check everything present — these are the "suspects" the data gets checked against.
This one genuinely changes how we read your data, so it's worth a moment. When a home exports power, the utility records what you bought rather than everything you used — which hides part of the picture and rules out some of our sensor methods. We can still help, but we want to know before we start, not halfway through.
Optional, and only useful for one thing: we model your roof from satellite imagery to check a quote's production estimate, and that needs to know which roof. Skip it if you're not asking us about solar. We don't use it for anything else, and it never goes near your energy data.

4 · Your data

The audit runs on data your utility already collects for you — this tells us how easy it'll be to get.

5 · Your meter

Only matters if we ever do sensor work — a quick photo of the meter face tells us what's possible at your address. No climbing, no opening anything; it's just the display and label.

6 · What's on your mind

There's no wrong answer — it changes what we put in the report, not what we charge. Every home audit includes a "green hours" schedule either way.

This survey collects equipment and account-access information only — never your energy data itself. Usage data is shared later through a private secure link, only after a signed consent form. We collect the minimum, use it only for your engagement, and delete engagement data when we're done.
